WELCOME TO ELITE FRAMING FITNESS

I, Darron “Cookie” Moore grew up in the city of Detroit, Michigan. I have always been fascinated by weights and received my first set at the age of thirteen.  My athletic journey began at St. Martin DePorres where I played football.   After high school I went on to play football at Eastern Michigan University, where I was teammates with Detroit Lions, Ron Rice and Charlie Batch, and Wayne State University.
